Breien skills training organized by the Kopwan Faithful Women Bhakti East Java on October 20, 2009 until October 27, 2009 and was followed by 135 participants went pretty smoothly. Breien skills training was held aimed at increasing the level of existing human resources in the cooperative women's Faithful Bhakti women in East Java in the hope that the creation of an independent individual and cooperative work.
In need of care and diligence in order to create a beautiful knitted or breien. Here are ways to make knitted or breien:
A. The term in knitting.
Knit (k) is to link a thread from the front or the top (which is closer to our bodies), resulting in a display such as a vertical chain (called a straight pin, pin down).
Purl (p) is hooking a thread from the back or bottom, resulting in a horizontal stretch look like (the pin) ....
Cast on (co) is the combined jab will be the foundation of basic crochet. Can be compared as to make early in the crochet chain. (Initial stab)
2. Tools needed:
breien tool
- Breipen (a type of large needle) is a tool that is used for knitting. This tool can be made of aluminum, bamboo, wood or plastic. For beginners we recommend using a large knitting needle (8-10)
- The yarn used in knitting / breien are cotton yarn, thread local wool, 2 ply wool yarn, cotton softy, bulky yarn, thick cotton wool.
But for beginners are advised to use 6 ply yarn.
- Scissors
3. The steps in knitting:
- Node base
• Before making the basic knots, for the first co (cast on) at one end of a knitting needle.
• Create an initial node, insert the yarn on the outside of the thumb. Drag the appropriate diameter of the needle
- Plugs basis breien
• Knit / k (bottom plug)
Create Co. early, put on the right knitting needle into the left hole, attach the yarn to the knitting needle to the right, pick out the yarn through the hole using a needle to the right.
• Purl / p (pin up)
Create Co. early, put on the right knitting needle into the back of the bottom up, tie the yarn on the needle, pick out the connection string.
4. Variations puncture.
- Motif garter (garter stitch)
• Create co STS 20
• Line 1: for k 20, turn
• Line 2: for k 20, turn
• Repeat until you reach the desired length.
- Motif stokinette
• Create co STS 20
• Line 1: for k 20, turn
• Line 2: for p 20, behind
• Repeat rows 1 and 2 until it reaches the desired length
- Motif seed (seed stitch)
• Create co STS 20
• Line 1: for (k1, p1), repeat 2 times to the end.
• Repeat on each line until it reaches the desired length.
- Motif lace (ribbed stitch)
This type of plug used to finish a knitted. results of elastic and stitches are smaller than garter or stokinette puncture.
