Associated with the proposal that's unrealized pastry skills training before Eid arrives. The hope, members can take advantage of these moments with her new skills. In this training pastries, Kopwan SBW with PT. Bogasari who have a business unit of training a wide range of cakes. For that training, held from 15 until June 18, 2009 was held at Bogasari Baking Center (BBC). At the training center is located behind the Delta Plaza SBW's members practice making cakes start at 08.30 until 16.00. There are 4 recipes are taught that sticks cheese puffs, eclairs dry sweet, almound macatron mlinjo cookies and cookies.
The training was attended pastries 141 members and every member charged Rp.195.000, as the sum assured. The cost of the members not only get an explanation of making cakes directly. Even the participants also get lunch from the BBC.
In practical implementation, the class consisting of 36 participants were divided into 6 groups. Each group will face a practice table. That's desk each group work together to menyelesaiakn each recipe. Presep loyal group can be completed in about 1 hour. So at 3:00, four recipes that can be taught the participants thoroughly done. After that the work of the group are distributed equitably to all members.
For members, this training was very interesting and a lot of benefits. Even among members of the existing trainees who dared offer to receive cookies.
