Team Learning Center in cooperation with the Bogasari Kopwan SBW Baking Center (BCC), held a variety of pastry-making training to be held on June 15 until June 18 2009.Untuk training making pastries this time will be held at Plaza Surabaya BCC House Shop 8 Block A-17, Jl. Youth No.33-37 Surabaya, because all the raw materials for the manufacture of pastries and all equipment for cooking pastries will be provided by Bogasari Baking Center (BCC).
Trainees pastries will be divided into 4 wave, wave training division in accordance with the technical meeting on May 22, 2009.Pelatihan making pastries in cooperation with the Bogasari Baking Center will be on starting at 08.00 until 16.00 every day.
The various kinds of pastry recipes which will be given to the trainee pastry-making are as follows:
- Cheese straw
- Sus sweet cream
- Almond cookies makaron
- Mlinjo cookies
