Monday, June 15, 2009 until June 18, 2009, K operation Bhakti Faithful Women for Women in East Java along with LAPENKOPNAS (National Institute of Cooperatives Training) provides training on "Member Participation In Decision Making" to members of the Kopwan Bhakti Faithful Women of East Java. The training undertaken during 4 days and ended on June 18, 2009 was followed by 377 members of the representative of the group, so that material can be better understood given the training is divided into two sessions each day.

Material given by LAPENKOPNAS delivered in stages and by creating an atmosphere of fun training to ease the absorption of the material. Through this training is expected to open the insight and knowledge of members of the Kopwan Bhakti Faithful Women by recognizing what it was back to the cooperative?, What is expected by cooperatives?, What goals to be achieved through co-operatives? And all kinds of scope that support the advancement and development of Bhakti KopWan Faithful Women of East Java. Training on Member Participation In Decision Making is also aims to encourage members of the Kopwan Setia to Bhakti Women care, participate in and jointly develop Bhakti Kopwan Faithful Women of East Java.
